Shipping Policy

At FurSniff, we ship all orders from Allen, Texas. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Orders $55 and above: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $55: Flat rate of $7.99
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches or holiday periods. If a significant delay occurs, we'll email you directly.
Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by FurSniff.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Shipping Carrier
We use trusted national carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and select the best option based on package size and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery at the best rate.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at hello@fursniff.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any photos if applicable. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
