Returns & Refunds Policy

At FurSniff, we want you and your pet to love every product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of pet hair, odors, or signs of use

Items that have been chewed, washed, soiled, or used with pets are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@fursniff.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Non-defective items (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or incorrect items: We'll cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. FurSniff is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Bundles

Bundles must be returned as a complete set. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately. The full bundle refund applies only when all items are returned in eligible condition.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@fursniff.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
